All positions are offered on a three-year contractual basis, based in Nairobi or Mombasa, and require a minimum of one year relevant experience.
Oversee daily hospital operations, coordinate departmental workflows, manage staff schedules, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain operating theatres, sterilize surgical instruments, assist during procedures, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Dispense medications accurately, counsel patients on proper drug use, manage pharmacy inventory, and collaborate with clinicians to optimize pharmaceutical care.
Deliver comprehensive patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings, administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on health management.
Assess and treat patients with physical impairments, design individualized rehabilitation programs, and work collaboratively with medical teams to restore mobility and function.
Support clinical research projects, collect and manage data, assist with ethical approvals, coordinate study participants, and contribute to publications and grant applications.
Process financial transactions, maintain accurate records, assist with budgeting and reporting, reconcile accounts, and support audit preparations under senior supervision.
Manage procurement processes for medical and non-medical supplies, negotiate with vendors, ensure timely delivery, maintain inventory records, and enforce procurement policies.
Receive and issue stock, maintain accurate inventory records, organize store operations, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure proper storage conditions for medical supplies.
